User Experience - Process
Tree Frog Productions has identified several crucial elements that must be carefully considered when designing the graphical user interface (GUI) and the functional environment that will ultimately make up a memorable user experience. These elements are identified by discovering the answers to a series of questions and by following proven methods and rules that have been learned about how different users navigate through a website. Our design process not only further identifies our client’s site goals, business objectives and marketing messages, but also establishes how to effectively present these elements to a defined group of target audiences and keep them coming back to the site.

User Experience - Design
What works in print does not necessarily work on the web. The opposite is also true. Some of the best traditional ad agencies and design firms have demonstrated some difficulty in delivering effective Web products for their clients because their print and graphic design abilities do not always lend themselves well to the web. Certain branding and graphical elements should remain consistent across all mediums to establish a consistent theme, but visitors will not use the Web site the same way they would read a magazine advertisement.

Tree Frog Productions will produce consistent, intuitive and interactive Web site GUI for our clients that are specifically designed for the browser and not the printed page. Our designers are "byte-size and browser conscious" and we utilize Web-safe colors and the latest design tools to present a clean, professional and cutting-edge “look and feel” that will present our clients as industry leaders.

User Experience - Navigation
The contents of a Web site are only as useful as the navigation that gets you there. Tree Frog Productions will not only develop a high-tech and professional overall “look” for our client’s Web site, but also build an intuitive and consistent navigation system. The site navigation presents a hierarchy of links, which helps the user to understand what you would like them to look at first, second, third, etc. The navigation systems are developed so users can easily move back and forth between main and sub-sections of the site and know where they are in the site at all times. Ultimately, visitors are free to jump ahead if they wish, but a navigation path is outlined for users who wish to follow a guided tour.

User Experience - Interactive Media
Tree Frog Productions produces quick-loading and highly interactive Web demos with music, sound effects and cutting-edge animation. Demonstrating through a Flash “edutainment” experience, exactly what our clients can offer the potential customer, has a greater impact than a traditional Web page. FLASH demonstrations are generally followed up by a clear call to action that encourages the visitor to contact you or move into another section of the site.
